Catherine Smith
Catherine is an experienced educator with over a decade of classroom work supporting middle and high school students. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Western Governors University and has developed curriculum in STEM, Robotics, and college readiness programs, giving her a strong foundation in math instruction and problem‑solving skills. Since 2010, Catherine has also specialized in SAT/ACT Math and English preparation, helping students strengthen core math skills and apply clear, effective strategies to boost their test performance.
In addition to her STEM background, she is certified to teach English in Maryland and incorporates essential reading and grammar support when needed to help students approach test questions with confidence. Catherine is committed to helping students build solid academic foundations, develop effective study habits, and achieve long‑term success.
