Kevin Chester
Kevin Chester is a highly experienced mathematics educator with over two decades of teaching and leadership experience at both the high school and college levels. He has taught a wide range of courses, including Algebra, Geometry, Regents math, and Advanced Placement Calculus AB and BC, helping students build strong foundations and confidence in math. Kevin is known for his student‑centered approach, using differentiated instruction, real‑world applications, and growth‑mindset strategies to meet each learner’s individual needs.
In addition to classroom teaching, he has served as a Dean of Students and a Professor of Mathematics, giving him a deep understanding of both academic success and student development. Kevin holds multiple New York State certifications, including Secondary Mathematics and School Building Leader, and has been recognized with a Teacher of Excellence Award. He is passionate about helping students not only improve their math skills, but also develop critical thinking and a love for learning.
