Amanda Malatlian

Amanda has more than 25 years of experience teaching mathematics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mars Hill University and the University of Central Florida, and has taught middle school through advanced high school and AP courses. Her background includes serving as an AP Statistics exam reader, leading academic teams and math clubs, and contributing to curriculum development across multiple schools. She’s known for her supportive teaching style and her commitment to helping students build confidence in math.
Amanda and her husband have been married for almost 30 years and have two grown sons — one is a meteorologist in the U.S. Air Force and the other is an electrical engineer at a rocket launch service provider. Their family also includes a mixed German Shepherd/Cattle Dog named Stormy. In her downtime, Amanda enjoys reading, sleeping, walking, hiking, swimming, baking, and taking photographs of family, nature, and the night sky.
